Weight Loss: WEEK 2 Watch Me Shrink

My Routine: Monday - Sunday (except Saturday): Treadmill: 30 - 60 minutes of running - Speed: 5.6 - 6.0 Weights: 15 - 30 minutes of lifting - 7 pounds - 3 sets Walking (outside): 15 - 20 minutes Food: Had more soup this week. I did binge though (one night) and I must admit I had one too many chocolates (left over from christmas), and a few sweets (not in moderation). Loss: POINT 2 POUNDS (.2). I did lose inches from my waist. My rolls aren't as predominant.. and I am gaining muscle in my arms from lifting weights.
