Jump Rope Combinations

Andy and Rico demonstrate 14 jump rope combinations. Jump rope is great for cardio, and it is not repetitious like running on the treadmill or swimming laps. It is also a lot of fun! The last couple of minutes implement all the combinations into a freestyle. Hope you enjoy!
